Return Policy

We do not offer refunds but we do allow you to exchange merchandise or apply for a store credit. If for any reason you would like to return an item it must be done within 3 days of your delivery. You must contact us within 3 days to inform us that you will like to make an exchange or receive a store credit.  

To be eligible for a exchange or store credit , your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits,swimwear,undergarments,beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a  E-Gift Card.
